Creator Ops Interop Agent

Twenty-four tools in one workflow, none of them talking. Who owns the reconciliation layer?

A multi-agent orchestrator that stitches together the point solutions a mid-market brand actually runs across a creator program: pulls creator/campaign performance from a full-stack platform (GRIN/Aspire/CreatorIQ), affiliate revenue from LTK/ShopMy, and payout data from Karat/Passionfroot, then reconciles all three into one creator-level ROI/LTV view. None of the 24 tools in the atlas talk to each other — the atlas is explicitly organized as 7 disconnected stages of one workflow.

Problem statement

The atlas's own structure — discovery → marketplace → full-stack management → UGC production → AI content → affiliate commerce → payments — is a single buyer journey split across 24 vendors with no shared data layer. A brand running even 3-4 of these tools has no unified view of which creator actually drove revenue once you net out cost, affiliate commission, and payout timing.

ICP (who exactly has this problem)

Marketing ops / growth leads at DTC and consumer-app brands running a creator program with real spend (~$20K+/mo, per Insense's own stated floor) across 3+ of these point solutions — old enough to have outgrown a single all-in-one platform, too small to build custom integration in-house.

Market and TAM

Not sized — this is closer to the "agentic infra layer" thesis than a sized product: the pitch is that this category will spawn an interop/observability layer the way cloud spawned Datadog. Build it small and specific (3-4 connectors) rather than positioning as a platform play.

Alternatives (how people solve this today)

Manual export-to-spreadsheet reconciliation, or brands simply don't reconcile at all and judge creator ROI off whichever single platform's dashboard they happen to be looking at (each of which only sees its own slice — GRIN sees seeding cost, LTK/ShopMy see affiliate revenue, Karat/Passionfroot see payout, none see all three).

GTM angle

Weekend build as a demonstration artifact for the "agentic infra" POV — ships as a build-in-public post/case study showing an orchestrator agent (state handoff, retries, tracing) doing real reconciliation across live or sample API data from 3 named tools in the atlas. Directly reuses the ObsGap-rebuild pattern already planned (orchestrator + subagents + state handoff) rather than a net-new architecture.

How it works

Orchestrator agent spawns per-source subagents (one per connected platform's API), each normalizes its data to a common creator/campaign schema, a reconciliation agent joins on creator + campaign + date, and a reporting agent outputs the unified ROI view. Same shape as the planned ObsGap multi-agent rebuild (orchestrator spawning repo scanner / dependency analyzer / gap ranker / recommendation writer with state handoff and retries) — swap the domain from code repos to creator-program APIs.

Riskiest assumption

That enough of these platforms expose usable public/documented APIs to pull real data without a paid enterprise contract — needs a quick check of GRIN, LTK, ShopMy, and Karat's public API docs before committing to a build; if the APIs are closed, this becomes a CSV-import tool instead of a live orchestrator, which is a much less interesting demo.
