Crafting an Aspirational and Detailed Product Vision: Tips for Product Managers

As a product manager, one of your key responsibilities is to define and communicate a compelling product vision that inspires your team and aligns everyone towards a common goal. Some of my favorite ones are: Jobs to be done, prioritization frameworks, experimentation. Defining these frameworks and playbooks as you do your current work or studying will help you answer many questions in informational interviews as well as real product interviews.

Aligning your product vision with the company’s vision ensures that your efforts are in sync and supports the organization’s growth.
